Provision of Training

Retronix training centres provide company specific programmes in conjunction with the customer and these are variable in duration. Day release, short term, long term or intense extended training formats are available and can be performed either on the customer site or our training centres at the customers convenience. Our courses can be tailored to individual needs and are delivered by specialist training consultants.

TRAINING SERVICES

While the Retronix training centre has an extensive base of standard programmes, our aim is to create a programme tailor made to the customer requirements. This ensures the package is better focused and more relevant to the training needs of the customer and the trainee. To facilitate this, services provided include:

	Effective training needs analysis
	Identification of appropriate training/ development solutions
	Design and implementation of customer specific training packages
	Development of individual training plans
	Post training support and evaluation
	Training and/ or assessment performed either at the customer site or Retronix own well equipped training facilities
	Professional training staff with extensive industry experience combined with D32/ D33 qualifications all certified to IPC-610 standards

A typical training profile for Retronix technicians would include the following points:

	Typically educated to diploma/ degree level
	Undergone intense Retronix training in advanced debug techniques
	Experience working on a number of technologies
	Our technicians are highly adaptable and able to quickly understand and make an impact in any manufacturing environment

Our Debug training can take many forms, for example:

	Up-skilling of existing technicians on specific technologies e.g. GSM, FDMA, TDMA & CDMA
	Initial Training of customer’s own newly recruited technicians
	Custom Training on one particular product, to enhance the technicians repair ability
	Supply of our own experience technicians to reduce bone piles of cellular PCB’s
	Supply of local technicians, trained by us, on a long term basis
