Q : I would like to know if you offer BGA reball services for Sony Play Station / XBOX Consoles?

A : Yes as part of our service, we do have the capability to safely reball BGA’s. But we do advise this does not guarantee a fix of your gaming console and the warranty may become void.

Q : What sphere size capabilities do you have for reballing?

A : Retronix have the capability to reball using spheres from 200 micron to 1000 micron. Retronix offer both Manual and Automated Laser BGA Reballing.

Q : Do you sell electronic components?

A : No we are not IC suppliers, Retronix are purely a service provider offering IC / PCB repair, rework solutions.

Q : Do you offer your Services outside the UK?

A : Yes we offer our services globally, with specific point of contacts in Europe and Middle East. For a full list of our locations (click here)


Q : How do you organise shipping?

A : We work with your shipping partners. In case you do not have a shipping partner then we ship using an agreed carrier.

Q : What are your standard Turn Around Times (TAT) ?

A : Our standard Turn Around Time is 10 working days, we also have two other options - premium service which is 5 working days (Cost +50%) and super premium which is 3 working days (cost +100%) *Conditions Apply.

Q : Do you only do transactions in Great British Pounds (£) ?

A : No, apart from GBP, we also do transactions in Euros (€) and US Dollars ($)

Q : What are your payment terms and methods?

A : For new customers, the first three orders must be paid by credit card or same day bank transfer before the goods will be shipped back to you. From your fourth order onwards our terms are standard 30 days net.
