Avoid using counterfeit or damaged ICs, by using Retronix IC Test prior to buying. This is essential when the amount of defective ICs is taken into account.

Retronix uses a laser BGA reballing process as part of its safe IC Recovery programme. None of the processes involved in this programme use reflow cycles, which is why our process is the only one in the world that meets the IC manufacturers specifications. Retronix in partnership with ARCOSS organised an OPEN day on 23rd April, 2015 at Retie, Belgium. Many existing and potential customers were invited to the workshop to focus on the problems of Tin Whiskers in High reliability industries.
